Welcome to Thorley Parish Council

The Parish of Thorley is situated on land to the South East of the town of Bishop’s Stortford and has just over 200 persons on the electoral roll with two electoral wards:-

Urban Ward – This ward consists of residents of Thorley Street and Pig Lane.

Rural Ward – This ward consists of residents of the hamlets of Butlers Hall, Moor Hall and properties near St. James the Great Church.
